Bluehost Review
I tested a Bluehost account for almost 2 months now. So far no downtime and service is pretty good for $6.95/month. I used the control panel to install Mambo and seen they have a lot of plugin scripts ready to install like Joomla, PHP Nuke, b2evolution, and Wordpress.
