Bluehost Review

I tested a Bluehost account for almost 2 months now. So far no downtime and service is pretty good for $6.95/month. I used the control panel to install Mambo and seen they have a lot of plugin scripts ready to install like Joomla, PHP Nuke, b2evolution, and WordPress. Gate.com Review

I signed up for a Gate.com 30 days ago, and so far so good. Never had any problems, no downtime. It’s a pretty good service for the price. They also have a free t-shirt offer and are waiving the the setup fee now. Check them out my clickling here

BurstNET Review

BurstNET was the first company I ever had a dedicated server with and boy was it a nightmare. During that time their network kept having a DOS attack, so my sites were down alot, and their billing department was the worse thing in the world. They were double billing me, and taking a very long time to credit my card back, so I chargebacked the one incorrect bill, big mistake the turned off my server, and said it wouldn’t be back online until the weekend was over and I paid some crazy fees. They are actually the only dedicated hosting company I had real problems with.

StartLogic Review

I have had a site with StartLogic for 3 months now. So far had a few instances where the website was unavailable, but it was a very short amount of time. Their Vdeck control panel is pretty good. I can’t comment on the support yet, the only time I contacted them was to tell them my site was down. Honestly for $4.95/month I expected some downtime. Remember you get what you pay for. HostICan Review

I’ve been using far HostICan for one of my sites for 2 months now. So far so good, no downtime at all, good support, and cheap prices. The admin panel is a regular cpanel set up. Check them out, they’re site says they are giving away a free car now…HostICan

HostForProfit.com

I’ve had the same site at HostForProfit.com for about 5 years. My longest downtime was about 15 minutes, and downtime is extermely rare with them. They are a little expensive at first, but it’s easy to host free with them just by referring a couple people. I get a nice check every month from my refferals, so check them out. They can work good for you to.

Cedent Web Hosting

I received an email from Cedent Hosting the other day saying I have a $57 credit. I haven’t used Cedent for like 3-4 years. I’m not sure what this credit if for, I haven’t heard from them in a while, but I’m guessing it’s because I had to close my account early since they lost my site. I remember they said the had a server crash and all the sites data were lost, and also there data on backup server was corrupted. I’m guessing this meant they never had a backup server, the worst part is I my personal backup was a few weeks old. So, obviously I moved out of there and never looked back. So, no thanks Cedent! I don’t want your credit!
